A seasonal soiree will also be held on Thursday, December 5 from 4pm to 7pm.
Visitors can enjoy mulled wine and nibbles while mingling with the owners.
Churchill is offering to cover the cost of visitors’ taxi home, for those wanting to indulge in a yuletide tipple at the soiree.
Jo Ridehalgh, senior marketing executive for Churchill Living’s South West division, said: "We are thrilled to be welcoming visitors to Orchard Lodge for a week of festive fun.
"We hope that throughout the week, all those interested in a Churchill Living lifestyle get the opportunity to come along with friends and family to find out more and enjoy a Christmas event with our existing owners."
