Staff at a Warminster opticians are celebrating after being recognised for their outstanding customer service.
The Specsavers store in Three Horseshoes Walk received two awards across different categories as part of the company’s National Customer Service Week, including taking the prize for the needs and preferences category, beating off competition from more than 150 other stores.
The team was praised for consistently delivering exceptional customer service through the year and presented with a hamper to celebrate their success.
The individual award for best customer service for spectacle collections went to optical assistant, Orin Jackson Tessier, who was presented with a gift voucher for his efforts.

Specsavers Warminster director, Richard Goring said: "I’m so proud to be a partner at Warminster as the team always exceeds expectations and has continued to deliver excellent customer service for many years now."
Warminster’s sister store in Frome was also recognised in the awards, with optical assistant, Charlotte Moore winning the ‘going the extra mile for her customers’ prize.
Mr Goring added: "Everyone across both stores takes great pride in making sure all our customers leave with a really positive experience, so these awards are testament to their hard work."
