A local shop has chosen to not take three youths who stole goods from the premises to court after they were caught by police.
On the afternoon of November 11, officers were on a foot patrol in Marlborough town centre when they were told about a theft from a local shop.
Three youths were found in a nearby car park and a stop and search revealed they had the stolen goods, which were returned to the shop.
But the shop decided not to take them to court and to deal with it formally outside of court via a community resolution.
