Displaced Ukrainians living in Swindon are set to celebrate a traditional Christmas service with local singers.
A Ukrainian Christmas celebration service is taking place at the Pattern Church on Penzance Drive on Sunday, December 15, at 2pm.
The event will feature a mix of worship, prayer, carols, and Christmas readings.
Attendees can expect to hear traditional Ukrainian carols and hymns, alongside performances from a specially-formed Ukrainian choir and singers from the North Swindon and Highworth with Shrivenham Good Afternoon Choirs.

Admission is free, with an open invitation extended to all who wish to support the Ukrainian community in Swindon and enjoy a slice of traditional Ukrainian Christmas festivities.
The event is being organised by Maryna Shpylova, a Ukrainian pastoral worker at the Pattern Church.

The Pattern Church, where the festivities will take place, is known as a hub for community gatherings and activities, in the heart of Swindon.
The service aims to unite the local community with displaced Ukrainians, providing a moment of cultural exchange and shared celebration during the festive season.
