A Swindon insurance firm has launched a Santa postal service.
Insurance broker Howden Swindon has opened its North Pole Mail Service, which allows children to write a letter to Santa and receive a personalised reply.
The service helps children connect with Santa and gives parents a chance to create magical moments.
Howden's letters to Santa are free and open to children of all ages.
Families can visit the Swindon branch to collect specially designed postcards.
Children can then write their letters to Santa and post them in the North Pole mailbox at the branch.

Andrew Taylor, manager at Howden Swindon, said: "We’re making it easier than ever for your little ones to share their wishes with Santa, so that he knows exactly what they’re hoping for this year.
"And to make the experience even more magical, they can also get a personalised response back from Father Christmas himself."
To receive a response from Santa, parents can visit the Howden website to download a template letter from Santa.
This can be printed at home, with the child's name and their requested present added to the letter.
Mr Taylor added: "We know how busy the festive season can get, so our Santa letter service is designed to take some of the pressure off, giving families a chance to focus on making cherished memories together."
Founded 30 years ago Howden has grown into one of the UK's largest independent insurance brokers.
It maintains a strong focus on customer service and uses insurance as a force for good.
Alongside the Santa letter service, Howden is running a competition to help with the cost of Christmas, with a £5,000 prize fund.
20 winners across Howden’s branch network will receive a £250 pre-loaded Mastercard.
This is equivalent to the difference in Christmas costs from five years ago.
The branch team is also planning a series of festive events to spread Christmas cheer.
