A respite centre will encourage people to consider a career working with adults with learning disabilities later this month.
Bradbury Manor in Devizes will open its doors on November 29, offering a glimpse into the work it does.
From 9am to midday, people interested in this field can explore the facilities, meet residents and staff, and learn about available opportunities.
Carys Hughes, the team leader at Bradbury Manor, said: "Working with individuals with learning disabilities is a profoundly rewarding experience.
"I cherish the opportunity to foster an environment where every person’s unique strengths shine.
"Together, we celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and inspire one another to grow.
"Every day, I’m reminded that with support and collaboration, we can create an inclusive and empowering community.”
Councillor Jane Davies, Wiltshire Council's cabinet member for adult social care, added: "We know there are people considering a change in career who want to work somewhere they can make a real difference, in a role that is very rewarding.
"This open morning gives an opportunity for people to drop in, chat to the staff, meet the adults using the service, and find out more about what it means to take on this important and fulfilling role."
