Police raided a house in Rodbourne that may have been used to grow cannabis.
Officers stood guard outside the address on Groves Street at around 2pm on Saturday.
There was a fairly sizeable police presence, with a crime scene investigation van parked nearby, a police car and van opposite the property, and another police car in an alley next to the terraced home.
No cordon was in place and the small amount of traffic on the residential street flowed without obstruction.
People in forensic white clothing were seen entering the house.
