Comedian Colin Hoult, known for appearing in Netflix show After Life, is bringing his new show to Wiltshire.

Mr Hoult, who was nominated for Best Show at the 2022 Edinburgh Comedy Awards, is embarking on a national tour after a successful run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

He will be performing his new show, Colin, in Corsham on October 17.

In the show, he steps away from his usual characters to perform as himself for the first time.

Mr Hoult will share anecdotes about his upbringing, his father's influence, and his experiences as a parent.

He also reflects on his working-class roots and the significance of his name.

Diagnosed with ADHD two years ago, Mr Hoult discusses how mental health awareness has evolved, acknowledging his family was likely full of undiagnosed neurodiverse individuals.

An established figure in the comedy scene, Mr Hoult has made a name for himself as a comedian, actor, and writer.

He has also been seen in Trying, Derek, Life’s Too Short, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Being Human and Murder in Successville.

His live shows have received critical acclaim, with British Comedy Guide listing them among the best-reviewed comedy shows at the Fringe.

Mr Hoult is also an accomplished writer, having won the Writers' Guild Award for Comedy.

He created a successful trilogy of live shows, which were adapted into a Radio 4 series, Colin Hoult's Carnival of Monsters.

His tour began in London, where he played Soho Theatre from September 23 to 28, and will conclude on November 22 in Cambridge.

He has received strong reviews, with Chortle describing him as "outlandishly funny," adding "raucous belly laughs fill the room from start to finish".
