Singer Gareth Gates' latest show will be coming to Swindon next March.
The performance titled 'Gareth Gates Sings Love Songs from the Movies,' is set to grace the stage at Wyvern Theatre on March 20, 2025.
The one-night-only performance, produced by Mr Gates, will take audiences on "a heartfelt journey through some of the most iconic love songs ever featured in cinema".
Mr Gates said: "Bringing this show to Wyvern Theatre is a dream come true.
"Performing these iconic songs in such a beautiful venue is something I’ve always wanted to do.
"Music is my life, and I’m looking forward to sharing this special night with my fans."
The show will feature songs including 'Unchained Melody' and hits from 'Dirty Dancing'.
Mr Gates will "reinterpret" these classics, as he looks to provide a "fresh and emotional experience".
Each song has been chosen to "transport the audience into the unforgettable love stories that have shaped generations".
Mr Gates will be supported by a live band and West End singers, and there will also be visuals.
Organisers said the show "promises an evening brimming with emotion, nostalgia, and the magic of the movies. It’s an experience designed to touch the heart and ignite a romantic spark in everyone who attends".
In November 2023, Mr Gates appeared on TV show 'SAS: Who Dares Wins Celebrity' at the age of 39.
Audiences praised his strength and determination, especially in light of his openness about the severe bullying he faced due to his stammer.
In addition to his upcoming concert, Mr Gates has also ventured into musical theatre writing, and is developing a musical due for 2025.
It will explore the challenges faced by a young man with a stammer, based partly on his own experiences.
The project has already caught the attention of a leading West End producer.
The 40-year-old performer also recently signed a new record deal, marking a significant moment in his music career.
He is currently in the studio writing a new album set for release later in 2025.
The album aims to highlight Mr Gates's "evolving artistry", merging his traditional sound with present-day influences.
Tickets for 'Gareth Gates Sings Love Songs from the Movies' are available now,
Fans are encouraged to purchase early to secure their seats for "what promises to be a magical evening of music, romance, and cinematic nostalgia".
