Zizzi has launched a recruitment drive in Swindon, sparking rumours that a restaurant is set to open in Swindon.

Social media used have started to speculate after three separate roles for the Italian restaurant chain were been placed on job recruitment websites this week.

The company are looking to hire a general manager, an assistant manager and a head chef in Swindon.

The first two roles have been placed on Jobrapido.com - the general manager role was put on the website on Monday, March 5 and the assistant manager role on Sunday, March 4.

The head chef job appeared on the Check-A-Salary website on Monday.

One Facebook user on the Swindon Community Noticeboard suggested Zizzi might be opening in Regent Circus.

They wrote: “I think if they are opening it will be good, it's nice to have more choices when looking for where to eat. The boost in jobs is always welcomed too.”

Zizzi has been approached for comment but has yet to respond.
