Members of the Holt Morris Men found an excellent way of shedding their excess pounds on Boxing Day as they staged a series of dances around the village.
The troupe, along with their associated female side, danced at the top of the park, at the village shop, Premier Holt Super store, the village green and the Tollgate Inn.
They were relieved to have missed the worst of the weather during their tour, but were determined to continue their longstanding tradition of dancing in the village regardless.
A spokesmany said: ”Luckily the weather has been kind to us and we managed to dodge most of the showers that were threatened.
"It is tradition for Holt Morris and our ladies side, Bells Angels, to brave whatever the weather is on Boxing Day and to dance in sets around the village."
The Holt Morris men have been dancing together for decades after assembling for a one off gig at Holt Primary school.
The gig proved such a success that they began dancing at fetes, shows and festivals.
They recently celebrated their 30th anniversary.
