THE Royal Mail has reminded customers about changes to its regular schedule over the Easter weekend.
Good Friday falls on April 15 this year and Easter Monday on April 18 will be a bank holiday.
On both of these days, no collections or deliveries will be carried out around the UK, with one exception - the postal service in Scotland will operate as normal on Good Friday.
Post should be collected and delivered on Saturday but there will be no post on Sunday.
A Royal Mail spokesman said: "We deliver and collect your mail on most days of the year, including Saturdays. However, we don’t usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays."
