TOWN CENTRE: Swindon Borough Council intends to make the Cheltenham Street and The Parade Car Parks revocation order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of it is an amendment to the Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) by the revocation of The Parade and Cheltenham Street as fee-paying car parks.

LYDIARD MILLICENT: The Butts will be closed from the junction with C282 for its entire length to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out location and clearage of a blockage for a fibre installation.

LYDIARD TREGOZE: Part of Flaxlands will be closed to traffic from outside the property known as Acre Farm for approximately 70m in an easterly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out installation of a new mains extension.
Alternative route via the rest of the street and then onto the C414, B4042, B4696 and back onto Flaxlands, or vice versa.
This order will come into operation on March 21 2022 and the closure will be required for eight days. For further information, contact Thames Water on 0800 316 9800.
ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Station Road will be closed to traffic from its junction with Glebe Road to its junction with Nore Marsh Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out reactive footway works.
Alternative route via Station Road (unaffected length) - A3102 - New Road - Station Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This order will come into operation on March 21 2022 and the closure will be required for five days.

STANTON FITZWARREN: A planning application (reference S/22/0236EDSN) for Stanton House Hotel on The Avenue propose constructing five accommodation pods.
HANNINGTON: A planning application (reference S/22/0261SASM) for Manor Farm on 47 Queens Road proposes the demolition of buildings to build eight dwellings and employment building (Use Class B1), along with the conversion and alteration of stables and barn to employment (Use Class B1) including access and parking - but without compliance with condition 10 (access road) from its previous permission (reference S/17/1114).
OLD TOWN: A planning application (reference S/LBC/22/0274PIMO) includes a proposal to repair and restore the entrance gates to Lawns Avenue on the High Street.
