Comic Con is heading back to Swindon again this June with a star-studded line-up and visitors are being promised an 'out of this world' experience. 

Doctor Who fans will be able to meet fifth Doctor Peter Davison and his companion Janet Fielding, who played Tegan Jovanka, at Swindon's Steam Museum on June 18 and 19.

There is a treat planned for James Bond fans too as two famous Bond girls will be attending the weekend event. Live and Let Die's Bond girl Madeline Smith known as 'Miss Caruso' and Valerie Leon, who appeared in The Spy Who Loved Me and Never Say Never Again, are coming to Swindon. Leon is also famed for her roles in six of the Carry On films.

Organisers of the 'Stars of Time' comic-con promise further guest list updates will be announced in the run-up to the event.  

Aside from iconic actors, there will be a range of displays from TV shows and films from a massive animatronic Jurassic World dinosaur area to a Doctor Who zone.

Visitors can also take pictures with an interact with How to Train Your Dragon's Toothless, Ghostbuster's Zuul the Gatekeeper and The Neverending Story's Falkor the luck dragon.

Comi Cons in Swindon have proved popular in the past as thousands of film and TV buffs come in their droves to celebrate the best of the fantasy entertainment world.
