TOWN CENTRE: An application has been made to the licensing authority for Swindon for the grant of a premises licence by Taco Bell franchisee Campana Ltd in respect of 7 Regent Street.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10am to midnight every day and the provision of late night refreshment between 11pm and 5am every day.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

CHENEY MANOR: Plans have been submitted (reference S/21/1148RACH) for fibre optic cable to be installed in land at Brindley Close on Cheney Manor Industrial Estate.
HIGHWORTH: A planning application (reference S/LBC/21/1833EMMI) proposes refurbishing the internal walls, floors and ceiling on the ground floor and first floor of Coventry Building Society on 39 High Street.
The plans include details of new decoration for the external shop front and the replacement of security bars to external windows on rear elevations along with internal security grill.
A separate application (reference S/LBC/21/1838EMMI) for the same building includes plans to remove the existing individual lettering, repaint the off-white timber work dark grey and install the replacement lettering to the fascia panel in the new brand style.
WROUGHTON: Plans for 4 Devizes Road (reference S/21/1735BL0WC) could see the construction of a ground and first floor extension to the existing commercial unit which would provide one dwelling.

CHENEY MANOR: Adam Ashar Ltd trading as Adam Ashar Logistics of Unit 5 ON Lynton Road IN Cheney Manor Industrial Estate is applying for a licence to use that unit as an operating centre for five goods vehicles and five trailers.
