Man charged after Cheekies nightclub assault leaves woman in hospital
A 33-year-old man has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent after a woman was left in hospital with serious injuries.
Dwayne Henry, from Albion Street in Swindon, was charged following an investigation into a serious physical assault on a woman at Cheekies nightclub in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He appeared before Swindon Remand Court today and has been released on conditional bail to appear before Swindon Crown Court on January 7 for trial.
