TWO 19-year-olds have been sentenced after dealing Class B drugs in Swindon.
Aaron Kuffour, 19, of Jacobs Walk, Liden and Fayne Viegas, 19, of Frobisher Drive, Walcot, pleaded guilty of posession with intent to supply when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court in June.
The court heard how officers were initially called to what was believed to be a burglary in Brunel Crescent, Swindon, in August last year.
When they searched two suspects, officers found 35 individual bags of cannabis and mobile phones.
Other drugs paraphernalia, cash and designer clothes were seized following a search of their home addresses and vehicles.
Viegas was sentenced to 18 months detention, suspended for 24 months. He must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, abide by a three-month curfew and be electronically monitored. He was also fined £149 and ordered to pay court costs of £400.
Kuffour was sentenced to 15 months detention, suspended for 24 months with the following requirements; to carry out 175 hours of unpaid work and participate in a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was fined £149 and ordered to pay court costs of £400.
