COWLEY Francis Edward (Fran) The family are saddened to announce Fran's passing on November 18th, 2023, aged 96. Dearly loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great-Pops to Cheryl, Ian and Jackie, Nick and Anne, Suzanne and Will, Abbie, Tamara, Isabelle and Lucille. The celebration of his life will take place on Tuesday December 12th at the Church of St John the Baptist and St Helen in Wroughton at 11.00 am. Family flowers only and any donations to Kidney Research UK or Swindon Parkinson's Activity Group.
