SLOCOMBE Phyllis Vera (née Puffett) Passed away peacefully at Ashgrove House Nursing Home on 16th November 2023 aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of Phillip (deceased), and partner of Gordon (deceased). Phyllis will be sorely missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at North Wiltshire Crematorium on Wednesday 6th December 2023 at 3:00pm.
