JUKES Phyllis Edna Peacefully passed away on 8th September 2023 at the Great Western Hospital, aged 79 years. A beloved wife to Derek (deceased) and a much loved mum to Louise and Neil and nan to Elizabeth. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Wednesday 4th October at 12.45pm.
