SHIELDS John Alexander sadly passed away peacefully, after a battle bravely fought, at Great Western Hospital on 16 March 2023, his 77th birthday, surrounded by his family. A much loved husband to Joan for 55 years, dad, grandad, great grandad, father-in-law, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and loyal friend. Funeral to be held at Kingsdown Chapel on Monday 17th April at 11.15am followed by burial at Kingsdown Cemetery at 12 o'clock. All welcome to attend who knew John.
