COOK Jacqueline Ann (Jacky) Passed away peacefully at Great Western Hospital on the 23rd November 2022, aged 75 years. Dearly beloved wife of John James Cook (Joe, deceased.) A much loved mother of Vicky, Tanya and John, nan of Kerry-Ann, Benjamin, Natalie, Chelsea, Taylor and Jordan, gran nan to Riley and Maisie. Jacky will be missed by all who knew her. If possible please wear something yellow. Funeral Service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Thursday 22nd December at 2:15pm.
