BROWN James Lawrence (Jim) Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on 1st December 2022 aged 90 years. Loving husband of Doris, treasured Dad and adored Grand and Great-Grandad. We remember him as frier of the world's best fish & chips, IPA & red wine connoisseur and an epic tall-tale teller; he was also one time landlord of The Bell Hotel in Swindon's Old Town and The Red Lion at Chesham. Jim will be much missed and the world has a little less sparkle without him. His funeral will take place at 10am on Tuesday 20th December at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon, SN25 6SG and afterwards at The Plough Inn, Wanborough, SN4 0AE.
