COOK Carol Ann Passed away peacefully at home on 8th March 2021, aged 78 years. Dearly beloved Wife of Leslie (Deceased), cherished Mother to Andrew, Mother-in-Law to Shelley and devoted Grandma to Sienna. A private family funeral will be held.
