JONES Sarah Louise Passed away peacefully at Great Western Hospital on the 26th February 2021, aged 46 years. A much loved Mum, Daughter, Sister and Auntie. Sarah will be dearly missed by all of her family and many friends. A private service will be held at Kingsdown Crematorium to celebrate Sarah's life. If you would like to watch the funeral service then please contact the family as gathering at the crematorium is not allowed during this time.
