JEFFERIES Jean Sadly, passed away at the Great Western Hospital on 22nd October aged 84. Loving Husband to Don and dear Mother to Martyn, David and Tracy, Grandmother of 7 and Great Grandmother to 9. Thanks to staff at GWH and the Prospect for their help and support. Family funeral only, no flowers, donations appreciated for Brighter Futures or Prospect Hospice.
