PALMER Cynthia Formerly of Greenmeadow Swindon Passed peacefully away on 25th April, aged 91. Dearly beloved wife of the late Bob Palmer, sister to Marion and Eileen, mother to Dianne Richard and Robert, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral at Torquay Crematorium on Tuesday 5th May at 3.30pm. Donations would be appreciated for the Rowcroft Hospice, Torquay. Tel 01803 210800 or at www. rowcrofthospice.org.uk

Sorry to hear the passing of Cynthia she was a lovely lady I did her hair for many years & when my dad died she kept an eye on my mum for me as they lived opposite each other in thrushel close & shared many cups of tea & chats my mums name is Iris Mills love from Wendy Iris,s daughter x
