SMITH (Mason) Patricia Ann Passed away on Saturday 04th April 2020, aged 77 years. Loving wife to Terry, dearly loved and sadly missed by children, Paul, Tracy, Elaine, Carl and Nicholas, grandchildren, Michael, Jade, Paul, Terri, Maria, Bethany, Natasha and Ashley. Great Grandchildren, Charlie, Tayla-Lei, Leah, Madison and Marco, Theo and Demi. Funeral service will take place at Christ Church Burial Ground. Due to the current situation the service will be restricted to Family attendance only. Donations for Macmillan Nurses can be sent to Tracy Holland at: 375, Cranmore Avenue, Park South SN3 2ES
