SMITH Phyllis Passed away peacefully on the 7th December 2019 at Kings Court Care Home, aged 97 years. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral to be held at North Wiltshire Crematorium on Friday 27th December 2019 at 1pm.
