CONDUIT Connie Margaret Passed away peacefully at home on the 6th December 2019, aged 91 years surrounded by her loved ones. Wife to Tom 'Spike' (deceased), Much loved mum to Sarah, David and Ryan. Mother-in-law to Eddie, Lorraine and Sarah. Grandmother to Gareth, Adam, Hannah, Ailish, Rebecca and Great grandmother to James and Connie. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Monday 6th January at 12.00 noon.
